The album's focal point is relationships; the complexities of beauty and cohesive love, juxtaposed against sadness and loss of them breaking apart and everything in between

Songwriters Sean Cameron and Peter Reed explore this subject matter with frank observant vulnerability as they search for meaning and understanding of the mystique of what sets our species apart from the rest. The simple ability to co-operate and the complexities that it entails.

The core band is made up of multi instrumentalists Cameron and Reed and the helm with a core band that consists of talented musical veterans Jesse Lee and Steve Brockley. The album is filled out with the a vast array of talented Canadian musicians including Matt Kelly (City and Colour), Geoff Hilhorst (The Deep Dark Woods, The Harpoonist and the Axe Murderer), Singer-songwriter Alissa Arnason, winds session player Clinton Swanson and producer, engineer and multi-instrumentalist Barry Jones
